IPC started its operations in the year 2003 in domain of "Indian Progressive Construction Pvt. Ltd." in the state of Jharkhand and today expanded its operations in Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal and is today recognized as a premium infrastructure company in Eastern Region of India. IPC is an emerging Class – I Registered Construction Company and has executed several Landmark construction work awarded by the different Government Agencies. In response to the present hour’s need, i.e providing shelter solutions to the rising population of our country IPC stepped in the Real Estate Sector by opening up a new wing as "IPC Infrastructure & Developers Pvt. Ltd." in 2010. Today IPC commands unexcelled expertise in infrastructure building, construction of roads, dams, canals, bridges, housing projects, business multiplexes and so on.

The yearning to serve and extending support for upliftment of the society, to help the poor & the needy and providing assistance to the millions of pilgrims / kanwariyas who throng the city of Deoghar every year during one of the most auspicious festivals in India – Srawani Mela and many other community related services led to give shape to the community service wing named as "IPC Foundation Trust". The Trust laid it’s foundation on the pillar that a society not only contributes towards the flourishment of a company but a company must also contribute their share towards enhancing the economical, sociological & physiological aspect of the society. A company or an individual can only prosper when the society he lives in also prospers. The advancement of any country depends on the prosperity of the working atmosphere, standard of living, educational facilities, literacy rate & health of the people or the inhabitants of a place or a region.
